1.Needs a Preloader
2.Do lipsyncing
3.Lines need to be much smoother and cleaner
4.Coloring needs work
5.Shading needs a definite source (reason is the darks and lights dont match up)
6. Work on your animation and frame by frame

I understand this is your first cartoon, I think it is actually very good and better than a majority of first cartoons.

Animation was fairly decent, Audio was supurb, and story was meh. Backrounds could do better.
overall it is a pretty good cartoon but the joke and art needs a little work is all.
